Job Summary
Working remotely from Hawaii, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, ensuring exceptional service while handling 60-80 calls daily.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to Members, Clients, and Facilities
- Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop
- Maintain a quiet workspace free of distractions to ensure effective communication
Required qualifications:
- Must currently reside in Hawaii
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
