Job Summary

Driving sales and enhancing customer experiences, the full-time remote Customer Care Sales Representative will manage customer inquiries and relationships, convert leads into rentals, and support operational excellence across self-storage facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into rentals, achieving sales targets and maintaining high occupancy rates
• Deliver professional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring high satisfaction and positive reviews
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports to track customer interactions and sales conversions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles
• Proficiency with CRM systems; prior experience with StorEdge or VMOS is a plus
• Prior experience in self-storage or property management is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or a related field preferred
