Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Communications Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, draft, and execute customer communications supporting the scaled Customer Success journey
  • Tailor content based on customer segments, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and validate messaging
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in customer communications, content marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Demonstrated success in delivering structured, customer-facing communications at scale
  • Experience with communication tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and CMS platforms
  • Comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment
