Customer Delivery Architect

Job Summary

As a key leader in technical and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Delivery Architect will drive transformative outcomes for critical ThousandEyes customers by providing architectural guidance, managing complex engagements, and mentoring peers within the TAM organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement and architectural guidance for complex ThousandEyes customers, aligning capabilities with their long-term business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, influencing architectural decisions and advocating for best practices in network observability and digital experience
• Act as a thought leader within the TAM team, providing mentorship and contributing to the development of methodologies and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience designing Cisco ThousandEyes solutions from planning to implementation
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, or troubleshooting enterprise networks using routing protocols and networking technologies
• Experience with network infrastructure or applications in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or hybrid cloud architecture
• Experience managing complex technical escalations and coordinating issue resolution with cross-functional teams
