Job Summary
Maximizing engagement and education for healthcare providers, the full-time remote Customer Development Representative will drive utilization of the Samples product, guide providers through the sample request process, and analyze data to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage, educate, and activate targeted healthcare providers with the Samples functionality
- Consult with HCPs and office staff to improve access and adherence while identifying reorder opportunities
- Document all activities in the CRM, focusing on call outcomes and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HCP-facing sales or account management experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or specialty services
- Proven success in driving prescription growth and service utilization
- Highly proficient with CRMs and virtual engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoom)
- Self-starter with a passion for improving the provider and patient experience
