Job Summary
To maximize engagement and utilization of the Samples product, the full-time remote Customer Development Representative will engage, educate, and activate healthcare professionals (HCPs) while managing sample requests and driving prescription growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and educate targeted HCPs on the Samples functionality and guide them through the sample request process
- Analyze utilization data to identify follow-up opportunities and enhance service use
- Document all activities in CRM and provide real-time product feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HCP-facing sales or account management experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Proven success in driving prescription growth and service utilization
- Highly proficient with CRMs and virtual engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoom)
- Self-starter with a passion for improving provider and patient experiences
- Experience with sample facilitation and prior authorizations is preferred
