Customer Experience Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Experience Analyst will conduct user research, create user-friendly designs, and support the migration of Atlassian products into the Atlassian Government Cloud environment for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key responsibilities
- Create user-friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize overall user experiences
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust
- 7+ years of experience in UX design
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Strong fluency in Figma and modern design tooling
