Customer Experience Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customer Experience Associate will manage customer relationships across multiple channels, deliver memorable experiences, and represent the brand voice while tracking feedback and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the brand voice to current and prospective customers
- Deliver a memorable customer experience to build long-term relationships
- Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Previous experience in customer-centric roles (retail, food service, etc.)
- Experience with pets or health-foods preferred
- Familiarity with Gladly or a similar platform is a plus
- Interest in working in a pet-friendly, fast-moving environment
