Customer Growth Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer engagement and revenue growth, the part-time contract-to-hire Customer Growth Specialist will connect with parents through outbound calls and emails, assisting them in account setup, subscription conversion, and renewal recovery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive customer revenue through outbound calls, emails, and engagement campaigns focused on activation, subscription conversion, and retention
• Contact existing and recently lapsed customers to support renewals and encourage continued platform usage
• Document customer interactions and share insights with the broader team to improve messaging and processes

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, customer retention, or call center environments
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion goals
• Experience managing customer conversations by phone in a professional environment
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and documenting customer interactions accurately
• Experience in SaaS or subscription services is a plus
