Customer Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a U.S.-based team of implementation professionals, the full-time Manager, Customer Implementation will oversee successful SaaS deployments, drive team performance, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while working remotely within the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for enterprise SaaS implementations
• Monitor performance, set expectations, and provide feedback to ensure delivery standards are met
• Manage a portfolio of implementations, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to achieve successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing a delivery team
• Strong project management skills, including managing scope, milestones, and risks
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving customer needs
