Customer Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a U.S.-based team of approximately five to six professionals, the full-time Manager, Customer Implementation will oversee successful SaaS deployments, enhance team performance, and ensure a high-quality implementation experience for enterprise customers while working remotely within the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for enterprise SaaS deployments
• Oversee a portfolio of active implementations, managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes
• Serve as a project leader for strategic, complex customer implementations, coordinating across teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation, including leading complex projects
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing a delivery team
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple priorities and risks
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and communicating with various stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving customer needs
