Customer Implementations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a U.S.-based team of implementation professionals, the full-time Manager, Customer Implementations will oversee successful SaaS deployments, coach team members, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while working remotely within the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for enterprise SaaS implementations
• Oversee active implementations, managing project plans, milestones, and customer communication
• Serve as a project leader for strategic customer implementations, coordinating across teams and addressing challenges

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation, including leading complex projects
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing a delivery team
• Strong project management skills, including managing scope, risks, and multiple priorities
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and effective stakeholder communication
• Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving customer needs
