Job Summary

Leading complex B2C and B2B marketing technology implementations, the remote contract Customer Journeys Consultant will deliver scalable solutions and measurable customer engagement outcomes using enterprise marketing platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer and Marketo.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement marketing automation and customer journey solutions, translating customer needs into scalable designs
• Drive segmentation, personalization, and marketing optimization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategy, solution design, and platform implementation

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B marketing technologies like Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign
• Proficiency in HTML, SQL, and data modeling concepts, with experience in API connections
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
• Experience in translating business goals into scalable marketing architectures and technical designs
• Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including marketing automation and applicable privacy laws
