Customer Master Data Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Customer Master Data Specialist will manage customer onboarding and data integrity within the SAP environment, serving as the subject matter expert while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards, with the option to work remotely or onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP Subject Matter Expert for Customer Master Data maintenance and updates
• Oversee the end-to-end new account setup lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal control policies
• Author and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Customer Master Data workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Customer Master Data in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Proven experience writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Deep experience reviewing legal, financial, and tax documentation for onboarding compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
