Customer Retention Representative
Job Summary
Engaging with policyholders to retain valuable life insurance coverage, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will handle inbound cancellation requests, proactively reach out to customers with lapsed policies, and provide tailored consultations, all while working remotely during the AM shift.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from policyholders requesting cancellations and explore retention options
- Proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to discuss recovery opportunities and payment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention efforts in company systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
