Customer Sales Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Customer Sales Analyst will analyze category performance and collaborate with the customer business team to identify growth opportunities across Kraft Heinz categories for Ahold Delhaize USA.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze syndicated and internal data to generate insights on key sales levers such as distribution, pricing, and promotion
- Conduct quarterly and annual category reviews, developing impactful selling stories based on data-driven findings
- Manage data to support sales planning and improve the delivery of sales intelligence to the team
Required qualifications
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel, including Power Query and complex functions for data analysis
- Strong background in sales with knowledge of category management and business processes
- Experience interpreting data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a Customer Business Team framework
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data visualization
