Job Summary

Driving profitable growth, the full-time salaried Customer Sales Manager will develop business strategies, manage end-to-end business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement business plans with UNFI Category Management Partners to achieve growth objectives
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their strategies and drive business growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute category objectives and manage volume forecasting

• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills
• Experience using data to develop category insights and influence customer decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage priorities under tight deadlines
