Job Summary

Providing effective customer service remotely, the part-time hourly Member Services Agent will manage customer inquiries regarding Rx claims processing, maintain detailed records of interactions, and follow up to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about Rx claims and resolve service or billing complaints
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Review Rx insurance policy terms to determine claim coverage and communicate investigation results to customers

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience
• Proficiency in computer usage and software applications
