Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the fully remote Customer Service Associate will assist borrowers with inquiries related to loan balances, payment processing, and consumer regulatory rights while maintaining records and meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to large amounts of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Clarify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Process ACH payments and utilize the Black Knight platform for account reviews
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing is desired
- Proficiency in email, MS Word, and MSP
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information effectively
