Seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals, the full-time Customer Service Associate will provide remote support related to tax refund products, account enrollment, and banking services while assisting customers with inquiries and account-related issues.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with account-related questions, including enrollment and general support

Required Qualifications

- Comfortable working with computer systems and online platforms
- Open availability from 8:45am - 8:15pm ET
