Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catapult Development Program participant for a work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in competency-based training and group exercises to develop professional skills
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a full-time call center role after program completion
  • Maintain consistent engagement with the program team and discuss personal and professional growth
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Basic experience in using a PC
  • Ability to maintain strong attendance and be a team player
