Job Summary

Handling inbound customer service calls, the temporary Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and manage customer accounts while working remotely from Altamonte Springs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and resolve inquiries
• Authorize sales and manage customer accounts
• Maintain availability to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including one weekend day

Required qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of customer service or military equivalent experience within the last 7 years
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
