Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Associate Customer Service Representative will assist customers with Kohler and Sterling plumbing product support, including installation troubleshooting, pre-sale inquiries, and order placement while providing exceptional customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, diagnosing products and taking appropriate actions
- Guide customers and trade professionals through step-by-step installation and repair processes for Kohler and Sterling products
- Utilize various software systems and tools to track orders, provide product availability, and manage customer interactions effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience desired, preferably in a call center environment
- Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Training Program required
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and software
- Ability to work during assigned shifts, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
