Job Summary
Engaging with trial owners through outbound calls, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative will assist guests with booking reservations, promoting package upgrades, and resolving payment concerns while initially working onsite for training before transitioning to a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Book reservations and promote travel protection plans and package upgrades to guests
- Serve as the first point of contact for owners with delinquent accounts, addressing payment concerns and maintaining account status
- Consistently achieve performance metrics and document customer interactions accurately
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience required
- Previous experience in call center, hospitality, or collections preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
