- Handle an average of 50+ inbound calls daily regarding medical prior authorization requests
- Utilize multiple applications and screens to provide efficient service and resolve customer issues
- Attend all training sessions and strive to meet call center performance metrics
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Programs and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- A dedicated workspace free from distractions
