Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries and providing exceptional service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems

Required qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
