Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to Financial Advisors and clients, the remote Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and educate clients on account services while residing in the Mesa, AZ area.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive client experience
- Educate clients on account services, products, and available capabilities while managing multiple priorities
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting and assist users with common technology-related issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous call center and customer service experience
- Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
- Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills
