Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working primarily remotely with occasional in-office requirements, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative I will manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while fostering strong relationships and providing effective service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing service issues and concerns
• Promote self-service options and maintain thorough knowledge of customer service center operations
• Process customer account requests, disputes, and closures while ensuring accurate record-keeping

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
