Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing customer support for fitness programs, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls from members and fitness clubs, ensuring accurate and timely responses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, demonstrating knowledge of ASH Fitness products
• Records call information accurately and follows standard policies to provide answers to member inquiries
• Coordinates necessary information collection, including payments, and forwards documentation for follow-up as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of experience in customer service roles required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
