Job Summary

Joining a dedicated team, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts to assist students while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions across calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals
• Provide accurate and professional assistance on inquiries and document updates in the CRM system
• Follow escalation procedures and maintain compliance with all relevant requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with customers
• Self-starter with a strong degree of internal motivation
• Experience navigating various technical devices and systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
