Job Summary

Providing essential customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from borrowers and clients, addressing inquiries and performing loan maintenance tasks in Lake Zurich, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle complex inquiries related to loan servicing and account information
• Process loan payments, resolve billing issues, and document all activities in appropriate databases
• Assist with outbound calls and maintain knowledge of current policies and procedures within loan servicing

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and mortgage servicing platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and explain complex matters clearly
