Customer Solution Architect
Job Summary
As a strategic, customer-facing technical leader, the full-time remote Customer Solution Architect will engage with clients to enhance their use of Teradata solutions, drive innovation, and identify growth opportunities while managing relationships and technical engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations, acting as a prescriptive advisor to ensure account health
- Champion the adoption of Teradata's capabilities through education and collaboration with customers on emerging trends and use cases
- Lead technical discovery and solution design to advance growth opportunities and increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI/ML trends, including generative AI and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Active TS/SCI clearance or military clearance with recent SCI eligibility
- Experience supporting federal and/or state government customers, preferably in Medicare/Medicaid claims or related environments
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or a related field
