Customer Solution Architect

Job Summary

Owning the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle, the full-time remote Customer Solution Architect will engage with clients to design and implement solutions on Arango's multi-model platform, focusing on graph data modeling and applied AI to drive deployment and adoption of AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technical customer relationship from discovery to production and expansion phases
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify and qualify high-value use cases for Arango's AI product suite
• Design architectures and build prototypes that demonstrate value, ensuring successful deployment alongside customer engineers

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge of graph data modeling, query languages (AQL, Cypher, or Gremlin), and building GraphRAG or knowledge-graph-backed retrieval systems
• 3+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical professional services with experience in production systems
• Strong applied AI skills, particularly in Python, with a solid understanding of data structures and systems design
• Experience with modern LLMs and related tooling, along with retrieval and vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud services, containers, and CI/CD practices
