Customer Solution Architect
Job Summary
As a strategic, customer-facing technical leader, the full-time remote Customer Solution Architect will engage with clients to retain and expand Teradata ecosystems through technical advocacy, solution design, and innovation, while driving platform utilization and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations, acting as a prescriptive advisor to improve account health
- Champion the adoption of Teradata solutions by educating customers on technical differentiators and emerging trends
- Lead technical discovery and solution design to identify growth opportunities and advance ARR
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI/ML trends, including cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role
- Active TS/SCI clearance or demonstrated ability to obtain SCI access
- Experience supporting federal and/or state government customers, with domain expertise in relevant mission-critical environments
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
