Customer Solution Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Solution Architect will engage with clients to retain and expand Teradata ecosystems through technical advocacy, solution design, and driving innovation in data architecture, analytics, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations, acting as a prescriptive advisor to enhance account health
- Champion the adoption of Teradata solutions by educating clients on technical differentiators and emerging trends
- Lead technical discovery and solution design to identify growth opportunities and advance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI/ML trends, including generative AI and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and Teradata's differentiators
- Active TS/SCI clearance or demonstrated ability to obtain SCI access
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or related discipline
