Customer Solution Architect

Job Summary

As a strategic technical leader, the full-time remote Customer Solution Architect will engage with clients to enhance their understanding of Teradata solutions, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities while managing relationships across various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations, acting as a prescriptive advisor to ensure account health
• Champion the adoption of Teradata's technical differentiators and collaborate with customers to develop new use cases aligned with their long-term strategies
• Lead technical discovery and solution design to advance growth opportunities that increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI/ML trends, including experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role
• Active TS/SCI clearance or military clearance with recent SCI eligibility
• Experience supporting federal and/or state government customers, with expertise in relevant mission-critical environments
• A degree or relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines
