Customer Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Customer Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will drive the adoption of Supabase by uncovering customer needs, designing technical solutions, and leading proof-of-value implementations while fostering strong relationships with clients across APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to define customer objectives and success criteria for the Supabase platform
- Collaborate with customers on proof-of-value onboarding to ensure successful adoption and minimize risk
- Deliver ongoing customer engagements, providing architecture assessments and proactive support for scaling
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in relational database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience in web application development with knowledge of Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools such as HubSpot and BigQuery
