Job Summary

Proactively making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, the full-time Customer Solutions Representative - Collector will assist customers with their auto loan accounts remotely, focusing on resolving payment issues and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to meet performance metrics
• Contact customers regarding late or missed payments and negotiate payment arrangements
• Document interactions accurately and maintain professionalism while managing accounts

Required qualifications

• Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field may substitute for experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
