Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Customer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand HCP office processes and offer electronic solutions to improve patient Rx experience
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AbbVie's HCP facing portals and electronic solutions
- Partner with field teams to evaluate and implement solutions for HCPs in the assigned territory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies
- Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics space
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain fleet vehicle qualifications
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance affecting prescribing pharmaceuticals
