Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Customer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand HCP office processes and offer electronic solutions to improve patient Rx experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AbbVie's HCP facing portals and electronic solutions
  • Partner with field teams to evaluate and implement solutions for HCPs in the assigned territory
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies
  • Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics space
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain fleet vehicle qualifications
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance affecting prescribing pharmaceuticals
