Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Customer Success Associate with hands-on multifamily experience to onboard customers, review lease audits, and serve as a resource for users of the audit and diligence platform.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard customers and guide them through their initial audits
- Review lease audits, rent rolls, and property data to ensure actionable results for customers
- Collaborate with the product team to translate customer feedback into product enhancements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of multifamily experience
- Direct experience reviewing leases, rent rolls, resident files, or lease audits
- Strong understanding of multifamily property operations
- Experience with property management systems like Entrata, Yardi, or RealPage
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large amounts of property-level data
