Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the complete customer lifecycle and drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion selling, and renewals
  • Lead customer retention initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to support new customers
  • Develop expertise in e-commerce and provide insights to customers through data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years' experience in Account Management or Customer Success in digital media, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a substantial book of business
  • Experience with major retailers (e.g., Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart) is a plus
  • Project Management experience or skills are strongly desired
