Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent in the United States for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an Edpuzzle expert
  • Handle customer support tickets and host video calls with teachers and users
  • Maintain consistent messaging, improve support resources, and anticipate future cases
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of related experience, including one year of Zendesk experience
  • Expert experience using Zendesk or other customer support tools
  • Experience with macros and Help Center articles
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
