To support a growing data network, remote independent contractors will engage in Customer Support Conversations by submitting complete chat transcripts for compensation on a per-accepted-conversation basis.
Key responsibilities

- Answer a follow-up question regarding the conclusion of the chat
- Ensure compliance with submission guidelines to avoid rejections and secure payment
