Job Summary
To support a growing team in international trade, the full-time Remote Customs Analyst (CCS Required) will manage the timely processing and release of client shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and service standards while working Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30 am to 10:00 am EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across various transportation modes
- Create customs entries and verify documentation for compliance and rating accuracy
- Research and respond to inquiries from the Call Center regarding shipment information
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
- Working towards or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation
- No prior experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
