Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customs Analyst with CCS Certification will manage the timely processing and release of client shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company standards while working Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30 am to 10:00 am EST.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across various transportation modes
- Create customs entries and verify documentation for compliance and rating accuracy
- Research and respond to client inquiries while adhering to established policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Working towards or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation
- No prior experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of work
