Job Summary
To support efficient import operations, the full-time remote Customs Compliance Analyst will manage import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and global trade operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing documentation and maintaining audit-ready records
- Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and validate duty payments while partnering with Finance to recover overpayments
- Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and process improvements, developing dashboards and reporting tools
Required qualifications
- Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501 and HTS classification
- Strong analytical skills for identifying documentation errors and quantifying financial impacts
- Experience working with customs brokers and managing compliance with importer of record requirements
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills with experience in creating reports and dashboards
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence process improvements
