Customs Compliance Lead
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring customs compliance activities related to Country of Origin (COO) for the PNA Business Unit(s), the full-time remote Customs Compliance Lead will manage import and export compliance, develop audit processes, and train team members while potentially overseeing direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute timely and accurate import and export compliance activities in accordance with regulations
- Develop and deliver training on COO determination and conduct periodic audits of factories and business units
- Monitor changes in tariff and duty-related programs, and report on post-entry activities and audit results
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related area preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customs and international trade, including COO support and product classification
- Current customs broker's license or CCS is desired but not required
- Experience with Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies and/or certifications is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
