Job Summary
Providing portfolio-level product leadership, the full-time remote CWS Portfolio Product Architect will manage the development and maintenance of an integrated product vision and roadmap for Contract Writing Systems (CWS) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) applications while aligning mission priorities with delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the portfolio-level product vision and integrated roadmap for assigned CWS and P2P capabilities
- Align sustainment, modernization, and technical-debt reduction initiatives with Government-approved priorities and operational needs
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and product governance forums
Required Qualifications
- At least eight (8) years of experience in product management, business architecture, or enterprise application delivery
- At least five (5) years of experience in federal acquisition, contract writing, or procurement systems
- Demonstrated experience in leading requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement for complex enterprise systems
- Experience with Agile delivery methods, including backlog management and iterative delivery
- Ability to develop and present clear decision briefs and actionable recommendations
