Cyber Breach Project Associate

Job Summary

Supporting breach response operations remotely, the full-time Cyber Breach Project Associate will manage contact discovery, breach analysis, and regulatory reporting while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform contact discovery and breach analysis in both on-call and standard work settings
• Coordinate the intake, processing, and analysis of datasets for hosting and build notification lists
• Maintain quality control and documentation across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in data operations or reviews within legal technology, cyber, or eDiscovery
• Knowledge of breach response concepts and handling of PII and PHI
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office product suite
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure
