Cyber Incident Response Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Incident Response team, the full-time Cyber Incident Response Manager will manage operations, oversee cyber incidents, and ensure adherence to the Incident Response Plan while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Incident Response operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and escalation processes
• Oversee and coordinate cyber incidents from escalation through containment and recovery support
• Lead, coach, and develop Incident Response personnel, fostering their technical and professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field or equivalent work experience
• Seven or more years of cybersecurity experience, including at least four years in Incident Response or a similar function
• Previous experience leading incident response operations or complex incident coordination
• In-depth understanding of cyber threats, response procedures, and network architecture
• Experience with incident response technologies and frameworks, including EDR and MITRE ATT&CK
